Outdoor Water Slide Warranty

• Small Water Slides warrants its outdoors water slides structures to be free from defect in materials and workmanship during installation and normal use
• Small Water Slides further warrants the following:
• Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Aluminum Posts, Aluminum Hardware, Aluminum Fittings
• Limited 3-Year Warranty on all Rotomolded Plastic Components and Plastic Sheet Components.
• This Warranty only applies for water slides installed outdoors.

The Warranty stated above is valid only if the structure is installed in conformity with the installations instructions provided by Small Water Slides using parts approved by Small Water Slides. All parts are to be subject to normal use for the purpose of which the parts were designed. Prior to installation, the parts are not to be subject to vandalism, misuse, neglect or accident. Parts are not to be altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Small Water Slides.

This Warranty does not cover cosmetic items (i.e. scratches, dents, fading, discoloring, weathering), paint or decorations, and normal wear and tear.

Small Water Slides shall deliver the repaired or replacement part or parts to the site free of charge, but will not be responsible for the labor or the cost of labor on replacing these parts. Replacement parts shall be covered under the original warranty.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, Including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no representation, written or oral, of any Small Water Slides sales representative may be substitute for the afore described limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Small Water Slides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, which are expressly excluded from this sale.
